About the Event
The 9th of Av commemorates the destruction of the first and second Temples in Jerusalem, as well as many other calamities that have befallen the Jewish people. It is a day of national mourning, but also a day of hope – remembering that we’ve not only survived the millennia but have thrived and returned to our ancestral homeland.
Join us for a brief learning, Ma'ariv services, and a reading of Eikha (The Book of Lamentations).
